• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $75, otherwise $5.99
• Priority Shipping (2-3 business days): $9.99
• Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $14.99
• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

• We want you to love your GripIt gear. If something isn't right, we've got you covered.
• 30-Day Return Window: Return any unworn, unwashed item with original tags within 30 days for a full refund.
• Exchanges: We're happy to exchange for a different size or color. Contact us to start an exchange.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

1. Email support@gripit.golf with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
3. Pack your items securely and drop off at any USPS or UPS location.
4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Refund Policy

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
