GRIPIT GOLF "1,000 Public Golfers" Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by GRIPIT GOLF, [Utah, USA] ("Sponsor"). Direct any questions to support@gripit.golf.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or household members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on [START DATE] and ends when GRIPIT GOLF's Instagram and/or Facebook page reaches 1,000 total followers, or on [END DATE], whichever occurs first ("Entry Period"). Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten, or modify the Entry Period at its sole discretion, with notice posted to its social media accounts.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, eligible participants may enter by:

Following @gripitgolfsociety on Instagram and/or Facebook;
Liking the designated Giveaway post; and
Commenting on the designated Giveaway post and tagging one (1) other eligible individual.

Each additional individual tagged in a separate, unique comment counts as one (1) additional entry, with no maximum number of entries per person. Tagging the same individual multiple times, tagging non-existent or inactive accounts, or tagging Sponsor's own accounts will not count as valid additional entries. Sharing the post to your Story or feed is encouraged but is not required to enter.

5. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, within seven (7) days of the Entry Period's conclusion. Winner will be notified via direct message on the platform where they entered and/or by email if contact information is available. Winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive $500 in GRIPIT GOLF merchandise, redeemable via store credit or gift card at gripit.golf ("Prize"). Approximate retail value (ARV): $500 USD. No cash equivalent or substitution will be offered, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. The Prize is non-transferable.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

9. Winner's Responsibilities

Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the Prize. Winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where lawful) within a specified time period as a condition of receiving the Prize.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, first initial of last name, and/or social media handle for promotional purposes related to this Giveaway, without further compensation.

11. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the Prize.

12. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Sponsor, not to Meta.

13. Data & Privacy

Information collected from entrants (e.g., social media handle, email address if provided) is subject to GRIPIT GOLF's Privacy Policy, available at gripit.golf/pages/privacy-policy, and will be used only for the purposes of administering this Giveaway unless otherwise agreed.
